LJ Designs [www.ljdesigns.co.nz] sells hand-made, custom beaded necklaces. The simple site showcases Louise's creations in a simple but striking photo gallery.

Sandra Flamank Photographer [www.sandraflamank.co.nz]. Lovely wedding and portrait photographs, in thumbnail and high-res versions, are a feature of this 'brochure' site.

Juniper Arts [www.juniperarts.co.nz]. With the help of some excellent original work by the artist Kim Henderson, and then her digital photography, this 5-page site with its more than 30 artworks is striking and colourful.

Stephanie Crisp [www.stephaniecrisp.co.nz]. Stephanie paints contemporary works that reflect NZ's South Island landscape and fauna. The site uses a black background with white borders to set off the artworks.

Adrienne Pavelka [www.adrienne-pavelka.com]. Adrienne Pavelka paints exquisite watercolours particularly featuring the South Island high country landscape. Her site reflects the richness of colour in her work, and aims to back up her exhibitions and sales through stockists.

Susan Knaap [www.susanknaap.com]. Susan Knaap, an inspiring Wellington artist, is onto her third website displaying her art work. The site design uses 'frames' to display the gallery paintings.

Penny Nichols, Photographer [www.pennynichols.co.nz]. Penny specialises in wedding and B&W childrens portraiture and uses this black-and-white design theme to showcase her wonderful work.

DisplayArts [www.displayarts.co.nz]. This brochure-type site displays many samples of work of Christchurch signwriter, Bruce Collins, in a simple thumbnail-and-gallery format.

Gethsemane Gardens [www.gethsemanegardens.co.nz]. This delightful, popular Christchurch display garden and wedding venue features a professional photograph gallery of sample views, which shows how well such galleries can be presented.

Star Productions [www.starproductions.co.nz]. Wedding and general photographers, Alistair and Stella, have used this site to display over 30 photos of their portfolio, in an attractive thumbnail-and-highres format.

Slab Art [www.slabart.co.nz]. These talented people specialise in the colouring and engraving of existing concrete surfaces. Their eye-catching but simple logo inspired a very elegant site design, with a photo gallery page showing samples of their work.

HMS Hair-Makeup-Styling [www.hair-makeup-styling.co.nz]. An elegant slideshow of photos of models showcases this service.
